在韩国釜山长大的岛国日自己海野俊之,战后1950年月回到新的故乡福冈市,在那裡首创「福屋」,他的乐天佑人道情,让他生机在时期重现他在韩国吃到的幸福味道,让各人觉得幸福。在有数的改进实验与掉败之后,他终于胜利让小小的明太子,成为福冈的第一名产。明太子（Mentaiko）是一种在韩国!岛国日本与俄罗斯间受欢送的美食,是将鳕鱼卵醃渍调味,作生长条外形的食品。岛国日本是直到二战后才有明太子,最早是随受朝鲜殖平易近的岛国日本侨胞,战后前往岛国日本后,带回到岛国日本并从新研发改进而成的岛国日本嫡平易近美食。而最早在岛国日本出产明太子本地货的,等于从韩国釜山战后回到岛国日本的「福屋」开办人川原俊夫,他一直改进在韩国品嚐到的明太子甘旨,以为人们吃到明太子会觉得幸福。「福屋」的明太子也成为岛国日本福冈代表性第一名产。「福屋」川原俊夫伉俪的故事也在2013年,由福冈处所电视台「テレビ西岛国日本」(西岛国日本电视台,TNC),以开台55週年跟「福屋」川原俊夫百年冥诞,推出电视剧「明太子匹俦」,但为防止情节争议,配角改名为虚拟人物海野俊之,故事还是以「福屋」为配景,「明太子匹俦」随后也改编为舞台剧,2019年再製作片子戏院版「明太子匹俦：幸福奇蹟」,江口干执导,并由福冈演员博多华丸!富田靖子扮演片子中的明太子伉俪。
