剧情：

「SPEC～警視庁公安部公安第五課未詳事件特別対策係事件簿～」はTBSの2010年10月期ドラマとして放送され,続編「SICKS」シリーズの製作も行われた。「SPEC」でカギとなる預言の数々を行ったキーマン的存在?冷泉俊明に焦点を当てた今作では,冷泉と侍従の豊福真己が過去を回想する形で物語が進んでいく。冷泉は若かりし頃,本名である鈴木俊明の名で,詐欺まがいの高齢者向け健康食品を訪問販売していた。営業の途中で車にひかれそうな老人を見つけた鈴木俊明は,持ち前の生真面目さで助けるもそこで頭を強打。さらに別の営業先で後頭部を強打し,脳に異変が起こり始める。その後,ボランティア活動をしていた赤木美里に心を奪われてしまうと同時に暴漢に襲われ3度目の頭部強打をしてしまい,ついに特殊能力であるSPECが目覚めるのだった。
