剧情：
Martin Brest（蒂尔·施威格 Til Schweiger饰）跟Rudi Wurlitzer（让·约瑟夫·莱佛斯 Jan Josef Liefers 饰）是两个身患不治之症的病人,两人在病院相遇了,相谈甚欢更一同喝了一瓶偶尔找到的酒。两人喝醉后,Martin晓得了Rudi一个机密：长这么大Rudi居然还没见过大海。Martin决议在Rudi临终之前实现他这个欲望。两人偷了一辆车,不想这辆车居然是一黑帮老迈的,外面更藏有大批现金。两人还一起掳掠,被警员追捕。黑帮的工资了追回车里的钱,也在追杀他们。在寻觅大海的路上,两人究竟要历经几多艰险,Martin跟Rudi最后是否实现看一眼大海的欲望,天堂在前,两人要去敲开天堂的大门了......
