《大耳窿》（The Loan Shark）是由Wayang Tinggi Produksi、CMG Worldwide联合呈献的电影。 [1] 内容以高利贷为主，主要讲述非法放贷活动的运作过程、放贷情况，甚至还深入详谈大耳窿集团的职位之分，以及环绕在借放贷者之间恩怨的真实情况。所谓“大耳窿”，是放高利贷者的俗称。大耳窿”的由来──原来开埠初，香港洋人印（度）人大集会，而放贵利的多数是“白头摩罗”，那些“摩罗差”戴白头巾，所以人人都称他们做“白头摩罗”。白头摩罗扮相古怪，爱戴一只大如铜元的耳环，所以耳朵要穿个耳洞，耳垂吃重下垂使耳洞看起来很大，港人觉得可憎，就有人将这耳洞和债务的无底洞联想到一起，而创出“大耳窿”的叫法。不过，另有一说，当时放贵利，都系放小额款项如三几毫纸畀劳苦大众，为使人们知道他们有钱借，就将一个银元塞进耳的耳窿，作为记号，令人认得。15年前，阿龙（李璨琛饰）父因母亲珊姐（吕珊饰）烂赌向大耳窿借还债，导致意外车祸死亡，因此阿龙及妹妹雯雯（吴俐璇饰）非常痛恨母亲，但阿龙为雯雯之生计及保护家人，投靠天神（林雪饰）阿窿集团，开始他的阿窿生涯。 阿龙鼓励雯雯考警察部队，但因阿龙的职业背景，令雯雯承受压力，导致兄妹俩感情破裂，最后雯雯更离开警察学院。 一天，一个自称是专门铲除大耳窿集团的特别行动组找上阿龙，要他以卧底身份收集天神犯罪证据，以消灭放高利贷活动。正当阿龙努力搜寻天神罪证时，妹雯也加入天神的集团，还为了争上位靠拢处处与他为难的黑狗（张兆辉）身边。 黑狗是天神的养子，一直深受天神重视，然而自从阿龙的加入，令他有感地位不保，一直视阿龙为敌，他与天神都不知道雯就是龙的妹妹，还爱上雯。而黑狗身边已有一个欣（温碧霞饰），后者的父亲原是欠债者，欣为了救父及顾母，只好接近黑狗，但是雯的出现，也令欣感到自己地位受威胁。 欣觉得雯的出现绝不是偶然，因此怀疑对方的真正身份，她劝黑狗别太信任对方，但黑狗不信，为了找出证据，黑狗设了个陷阱试探雯，没想到雯真的中计，在千钧一发时刻，知道妹身处险境的龙却出现……新片《大耳窿》的剧情主要讲述了近年来火热的非法放贷活动的运作过程、放贷情况，甚至还深入详谈大耳窿集团的职位之分，以及环绕在借放贷者之间恩怨的真实情况。演员阵容包括马、中、港三地的演员，其中两名男主角由李灿森和张兆辉饰演，而女主角则由温碧霞担任，有二男一女的感情纠缠情节。其他演员包括林雪，大马帮的黎明姨、国际华裔小姐季军美姐Jojo吴俐璇和来自中国上海的女艺人戴筱轶等。由李灿森饰演的阿龙，是一个有良知的高利贷，而张兆辉饰演的黑狗，则是一个专门向赌徒放贷的大耳窿。而温碧霞饰演的女主角，原本与李灿森为一对相爱的情侣，但因为要替继父还债，所以被逼当张兆辉的女人。在剧中，温碧霞还有一火辣镜头，即是她和男主角张兆辉在冲凉房造爱的大胆镜头。曾凭《枪火》提名金马奖最佳男配角的林雪则饰演天神，是地下阿窿的天皇级人马。
