迪士尼公司近来被爆出正筹划为1964年的歌舞片「欢快满世间」（Mary Poppins）筹拍续集,续集的导演是凭仗「芝加哥」掉掉落奥斯卡最佳影片奖的罗伯·马歇尔（Rob Marshall）。据悉,「欢快满世间」的续集脚本由「寻觅梦境岛」!「少年派的奇幻漂泊」编剧大卫·马吉（David Magee ）创作,而故事就设定在1964年片子的20年后,配角仍然是玛丽·波平斯跟从克斯一家。作为一部歌舞片,「欢快满世间2」的音乐创作也是重中之重,为此罗伯·马歇尔专门找到了「发胶」（Hairspray）的音乐创作人Marc Shaiman跟 Scott Wittman,他们俩将为这部续集打造原创歌曲跟全新的配乐。
